Full payment is due 7 days prior to check-in date
Deposit
Visa, MasterCard, or American Express number required at time of registration to hold dates and for security deposit
Cancellation Policy
We charge a 15% administration fee for cancelled bookings. We will apply this fee as a discount to any new booking within 3 months (90 days) following the original cancellation.
Guidelines
No smoking or pets
Tenant is responsible for day-to-day upkeep
Check in 5:00 PM - If earlier check in required please inquire at time of booking.
